The house at “Talstrasse 3” (with 8 apartments) was completely renovated in 2018 and is situated in a quiet, yet very central location in the middle of Klosters. The Gotschna cable car, the Snowgarden and children's playground, the train station and numerous shopping facilities are all within walking distance (5 minutes) from the apartment. Bus stops with a direct connection to the Madrisa cable car and other excursion possibilities are also in the immediate vicinity.

The spacious, bright and tastefully furnished 3 ½ room apartment (99.5 m2) is located on the 2nd floor and has a large southeast corner balcony with a fantastic view of the Silvretta Massif and the Gotschnagrat.

The two bedrooms can accommodate up to 5 people. The spacious living room with dining area and the open kitchen are modern and stylishly equipped.


Smoking and pets are not allowed in this apartment.
