The Chesa Maluns was built in the Eighties, in typical chalet style. It is situated in a residential area, at Mülliweg, behind the small alderwood, idyllically surrounded with meadows, forest and a brooklet, very quiet and sunny. From the Chesa Maluns you can reach the «Promenade» along the river, only a few steps to go and the village centre with shops, post, banks and the Gotschna cable car is only a 10 minutes walk away. The ski school and the snowgarden for children can be reached within 5 minutes.

The cosy and comfortable 3 ½ rooms apartment is located on the second floor and has:

An entrance corridor with wardrobe

A nice sitting room with dining corner, fire place, TV, corner balcony facing South-West

A closed, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and freezing compartment, Nespresso coffee machine

2 Bedrooms with built in cupboards

1 bath room with bathtub, wash basin, WC

1 shower with wash basin, WC

An electric stair (accessible for children over the age of 6) takes you to the gallery on which a large space and a small two-beed room are located

In the basement there are a laundry room, a skiroom and a garage (one space for the apartment)
